Personally, I found the bungalows at Zazil Retreat to be a bit too spacious for my taste. But hey, I understand that others might enjoy having extra room to stretch out and relax.

The breakfast spread, with fresh fruits and coffee, was exactly what we needed to start our day. And if we wanted to indulge ourselves, we could also book a delicious dinner at the hotel. Despite a few minor issues like unreliable wifi and a warm room, our overall experience at Zazil was exceptional.

The shower was amazing , and the mosquito nets kept us mosquito-free. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh coffee, bread, yoghurt, and fruit. Each day, we were provided with drinking water jugs. The traditional palapa-style accommodation gave us an authentic experience, and the terrace with the hammocks was a perfect spot to relax and soak in the stunning views. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and enjoyable stay.

The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a sense of tranquility and relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always available to assist me and ensure that I had a comfortable stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more considerate of the noise levels. Sometimes, the children working on the construction or maintenance would be a bit noisy, which could disturb the peaceful ambiance of the hotel.

The view from the room was amazing and it was great waking up to it every day. The beds were comfortable and made sleeping at night a dream. the location was conveniently close to the beach and main street, making it easy to get around.

Getting to the hotel was quite a trek, with a steep hill to climb on foot that could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. , the pool area was under construction and unusable during the stay.
